ANY PERSON OR BUSINESS FOUND ATTEMPTING TO RESELL OR OTHERWISE RE-DISTRIBUTE PRODUCTS PURCHASED THROUGH THE SHIMANO ELITE PROGRAM WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE PROGRAM.   • You will be given a code to gain access to elite. SHIMANO.com or be electronically directed to elite.SHIMANO.com.
  • Codes are good for a one time purchase.
  • Codes expire on December 31st, special promotions excluded.
  • Backorders are not allowed.
  • You get to choose when to make your purchase. You can wait until everything is available or purchase what is available now and source the rest elsewhere. Backorder notifications are available.
  • Access codes will not be extended due to poor inventory availability. Complete all purchases before the expiration date.
  • You can browse the website as often as you like but when you are ready you must order all your product at the same time. Once you complete the order, you cannot make additional purchases or access the website with that code.
  • You may mix and match the product available to you based on the access code’s catalog. A cart limit is set for each access code.
  • Elite pricing is shown with each item and not applied at time of checkout.
  • Your credit card will be pre-authorized for the full amount of your purchase. It will be charged for each shipment of this order so you may see multiple charges related to one order.
  • If an item you ordered will not ship, SHIMANO will contact you.
  • For footwear and clothing purchases, we highly recommend that you try on the specific size you intend to purchase prior to ordering.
